It is made from Sugar Cane. It is produced in Central America and the Caribbean and the other part of World. There are 4 main types: Silver, Gold, Dark(Anejo/Aged), Spicy.

ANEJO / AGED RUM

They are dark colored rums with complex flavors that are aged in barrels for 3 to 8 years or more. For this category, we can call it single mattes or aged blend whiskeys of the Rum world.
