Monkey 47; It is a German gin brand. 47 types of botanicals obtained from the Schwarzwald (Black Forest) region, close to Germany's Swiss border, are used in its production.

THE STORY OF MONKEY 47;
In 1945, after World War II, British officer Monty Colin is assigned to reconstruct Germany. This officer puts a lot of effort into the reorganization of the Berlin Zoo. Here he takes care of a monkey named "Max".
Monty Collins later settled in the Black Forest region of Germany, where he runs a hostel called "The Wild Monkey". He also produces gin in this hostel. This gin, which he named "Schwarzwald Dry Gin", was very popular and became very popular in a short time.
