Health Effects of Beer

Before talking about the health effects of beer, it should be noted that even oranges eaten in excess of the body's needs are harmful to health.

In this context, I think we do not need to remind you that all alcoholic beverages should be consumed consciously and judiciously!

- Beer is a strong source of B vitamins. If taken in sufficient amounts, it has positive effects on the liver and gallbladder.

- Beer rich in B6; It makes the blood more fluid and reduces the risk of heart attack.

- Protects against stomach cancer and ulcer.

- Beer helps lower bad cholesterol.

- Drinking beer in certain amounts reduces the likelihood of dementia in people over the age of 50 by 42%. If consumed excessively, the risk increases again.

- Beer; It protects the eye against cataracts and age-related eye problems. Dark beers are especially more effective in this regard.
