Havana Club Seleccion de Maestros is Havana Club's award-winning 45% alcohol rum. The most aged barrels available within the brand were used for maturation.
Nose: Maple syrup, caramel, brown sugar, oak and fruity notes. I can say that it reminds me a little of Bourbon. Intense and aromatic.
Palate: Plenty of caramel, cocoa and coffee aromas are accompanied by woody and spicy flavors. Creamy and strong.
Finish: Caramel, oak and light soot.
